PbAbout the Role /b /ppThis role focuses on providing technical support and ensuring the proper functioning of industrial automation systems. You will diagnose issues, assist with installations and maintenance, and work directly with clients to guide them in using their systems effectively. It’s a hands-on position suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with automation technologies, and supporting customers in the field. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /pulliProvide remote and on-site technical support (when necessary) for installed industrial automation systems. /liliDiagnose and troubleshoot failures in automated systems and industrial equipment (PLCs, HMIs, sensors, among others). /liliPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment. /liliAssist in the installation, commissioning, and configuration of automation systems. /liliWork closely with customers, providing guidance on proper system usage and troubleshooting. /liliEnsure deadlines are met and the quality of services provided. /liliIdentify opportunities for improvement in existing automation systems. /liliPrepare technical reports and documentation of the services performed. /liliConduct technical training sessions for internal teams and customers. /liliParticipate in rotating shifts and on-call duties, including weekends and night coverage, to ensure service continuity and incident resolution. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliBachelor's degree and/or technical degree in Mechatronics, Control and Automation, or related fields. /liliPrevious experience in industrial automation and technical support. /liliKnowledge of control systems (PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, sensors, etc.). /liliFamiliarity with industrial networks (Modbus, Profibus, EtherNet/IP, etc.). /liliStrong skills in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in automated systems. /liliGood communication skills and ability to work directly with customers. /liliAvailability to travel and flexibility to work at different installation sites. /liliDesired knowledge in PLC programming and automation systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.). /liliFluency in English (minimum B2 level). /liliMust have own car and valid driver's license /li /ulpbr/ppbOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion /b /ppEthnic and cultural diversity, gender equity, and the inclusion of people with disabilities are essential to creating a workplace where everyone can truly be themselves.
