We're hiring a
Visual Designer
to manage our website and support the design needs of the marketing team. You'll work on landing pages, microsites, campaigns, and sales materials that help us communicate clearly, convert better, and stay consistent as we grow.
We treat the website as a product. It should be fast, clear, and continuously improving. Success in this role means creating designs that scale with the business, support cohesive campaigns, and reflect our brand across all channels. Your work should be informed by performance data and help us improve over time.
This is a practical, focused role. You'll report to the Marketing Lead and work closely with teammates in content, demand generation, and sales. The website is one of our most important growth channels, and your work will directly shape how we show up to prospects, clients, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain our website as a core part of our marketing effortsDesign new landing pages, microsites, and improve existing ones based on business and user needsCreate visuals for campaigns, events, sales, and product educationBuild and maintain a scalable design system in FigmaEnsure brand consistency across all digital assetsCreate motion graphics and videos for marketing and sales useApply performance data and feedback to improve design over timeFollow a structured QA and publishing process

Strong experience designing and building in WebflowConfident working in Figma, including creating and maintaining design systemsSolid experience in B2B SaaS or marketing environments, with a strong understanding of how design supports marketing and sales workflowsA portfolio that shows your ability to design for performance, conversion, and clarityFluent in English and Spanish, both written and spokenClear, structured approach to design and executionComfortable working independently, managing your own time and prioritiesOpen to using AI tools to improve speed and workflowWilling to iterate quickly and improve based on feedback and resultsReliable, consistent, and focused on qualityBased in Spain, with the Spanish working permit in force
