role. Responsibilities
Support the editorial process for academic research journals in your domain of expertise. Contact experts and organize the peer-review process for submitted manuscripts, ensuring timely completion. Handle email communications between parties involved in the publication process. Format manuscripts according to in-house standards with tight deadlines and a high degree of consistency. Collaborate with the editorial and production teams to ensure smooth journal operations and timely publication. Monitor the journal’s disciplinary field and assist the Managing Editor in achieving development goals. Qualifications / Requirements
PhD degree in the relevant subjects listed below. Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish and English. Ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, and good organizational and time management skills. Professional experience with scholarship publishing is an advantage but not required. Residence in Spain and legal authorization to work. Areas of Focus
