As a PAX Solutions Sales Manager at Vanderlande, your primary responsibility is to drive the expansion of our market position within the dynamic and competitive airport and passenger handling solutions sector.You will collaborate with world-leading airports and aviation clients, assisting them in optimizing their passenger flow, enhancing operational efficiency, and achieving their strategic business goals.Your core mission is to identify, cultivate, and secure new projects centered around Vanderlande's innovative PAX Solutions portfolio. This involves developing and executing a winning market development strategy in close collaboration with our sales engineering, project management, and product development teams.Main Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.Proposal Development :
Prepare and present compelling proposals that demonstrate the company's value proposition.Team Collaboration :
Work closely with the Sales Engineering team and other departments to develop and execute sales strategies.Market Analysis :

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create concept solutions based on analysis and understanding of customer logistics processes.Strong organizational and influencing skills, both internally and externally.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.More than 10 years of commercial experience, preferably with high-value engineered solutions.Relevant industry experience in Airports & Parcel or Baggage Handling Solutions.Senior business acumen and a strong sales spirit.Experience with common business software.Willingness to travel with short notice.Ability to work in an international environment and across cultures.What We Offer :
