We are seeking a skilled and driven Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our services. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, and driving high-value enterprise partnerships. Your deep understanding of ERP, CRM, and SaaS solutions, combined with a strong client focus, will be essential for building lasting relationships and closing impactful deals. You will collaborate with our consulting and delivery teams to position Itransition as a trusted advisor in business application transformation. office remoteEuropean UnionUnited KingdomUnited States Requirements Proven experience as BDM / Sales Manager / Partner Development Manager in ERP, CRM, SaaS, or consulting, ideally within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Azure / Power Platform ecosystem Strong hands-on experience with the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, value articulation, building business cases (TCO/ROI), and closing Ability to generate leads independently through LinkedIn, outbound, industry communities, events, partner networks, and personal connections Solid understanding of ERP/Finance/SCM, digital transformation, and operational processes in mid-market and enterprise companies Ability to manage multiple deals in parallel, maintain high-velocity communication, and coordinate with presales and delivery teams Experience working with Enterprise or Upper Mid-Market clients Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of explaining complex value to different audiences - CFO, COO, IT Directors, and business owners Strong written and spoken English Nice to have A strong professional network in industries such as retail, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, tech services, or finance Participation in Microsoft communities (D365, Azure, Power Platform); experience working withMicrosoft PDMs, ISVs, and partner programs is a significant plus Microsoft MVP status or strong public presence (conferences, speaking engagements, YouTube, blogs, podcasts) Experience launching outbound strategies or market expansion in UK / EU / MENA / US regions Responsibilities Build and execute a market development strategy: segmentation, ICP definition, market mapping, and competitor analysis Independently drive outbound and network-based lead generation Conduct first-touch discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and define client needs Engage with Microsoft (Co-sell, PDM collaboration, Marketplace activities, incentives) Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and contribute to revenue targets We offer Projects for such clients as PayPal, Wargaming, Xerox, Philips, Adidas and Toyota Competitive compensation that depends on your qualification and skills Career development system with clear skill qualifications Adaptable working hours aligned to your schedule Options to work remotely Corporate medical insurance covering services of private and public medical centers Corporate parties and events for employees and their children Internal conferences, workshops and meetups for learning and experience sharing Gym membership compensation 5 days of paid sick leave per year with no obligation to submit a sick-leave certificate Any questions?
