Join us as a Business Development Manager for the South West Europe region, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth in the Data Center solutions and services sector.
Imagine combining your strategic business development skills with hands-on account management to secure new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
You will leverage your expertise in technology infrastructure and enterprise sales to make a significant impact in new markets. Your role will not only focus on expanding our reach but also on deepening connections with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
How You’ll Make an Impact
10. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the data center sector
11. Provide consultative support to clients on optimizing their data center infrastructure.
12. Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors, integrators, and service providers in the data center sector
13. Develop account plans and serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
14. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as business unit sales & product teams, regional hubs, and other Business Areas
15. Support development of go-to-market strategies for data center products, services, and solutions
What You Bring
16. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (an MBA is preferred).
17. With over 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the data center industries, you have a proven track record.
18. You possess a strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, and cloud integration.
19. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate large contracts sets you apart.
20. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are your strengths.
21. You are willing to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
