Attending daily meetings and all Pipeline meetings of assigned region and submitting daily meeting reports and weekly pipeline minutes.Follow up for the Support requested by Sales PersonCustomer -Check all customer entries are accurate and on Zoomlion standardVisits - Check all visits records are as per requirement.Update Routine plan data on the business management table of last day customers tagged, executed and manager commentedEnsure team has made visit Plan in proper by using Tag Function for all their customersKPI calculation of Sales team & Area Manager.Training of CRM System for newly onboarded Marketing StaffsLiaising with the Marketing team & IT whenever there is issueAssisting Country managers when they required support or reportsTransferring Customer Responsible person upon request of Area Manager & CountryAssist sales staff in cross-departmental communication and follow up on related issues until they are resolved.Collect market information online and output data analysis reports. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management, administrative specialist, or similar role.Advanced level of fluency in English is essential. And Chinese is a plus.Proficient in using office software and CRM.Familiar with sales support tools and methodologies.Familiarity with sales process and proceduresExperience in Web and MarketingFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills Please provide CV in English/Chinese, Thanks for cooperation!
