Tasks and Responsibilities
- Communication Strategies: You’ll develop and execute communication strategies to promote our software projects and initiatives. This involves crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audience inside and outside the Digital:Hub. You are creative and?
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: As a proactive team player, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers. Your ability to bridge technical and non‑technical aspects will be crucial. In your role, you’ll also directly engage with the leadership team.
- Content Creation: You’ll create engaging content for both internal and external channels. This includes writing blog posts, newsletters, and
managing social media accounts. Your content should reflect our innovative spirit and identity.
- Event Organization: Organizing events, workshops, and webinars will be a key
part of your role. These activities foster knowledge sharing and community
building within our software development hub.
- Market Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor

Requirements
- Experience in coordinating the internal and external communication with the public and media platforms, ideally within a tech or startup environment. Also, experience in managing and promoting the organization brand.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Facilitator in communication, encouraging a feedback‑rich environment.
- Adept at working collaboratively across departments to promote inclusivity initiatives.

- Availability to go to the Barcelona office once a week.
