We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the CCTV and integrated security market. This role is ideal for a professional with at least two years of industry experience who excels at building client relationships and possesses a strong technical understanding of modern surveillance ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients in sectors such as retail, industrial, and commercial real estate.
* Client Consultation: Assess client security needs and present tailored CCTV, VMS, and integrated hardware/software solutions.
* Sales Lifecycle: Manage the sales process from initial outreach and technical demonstrations to closing and post-sale follow-up.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline health using our CRM.
Mandatory Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business development or sales, specifically within the CCTV or electronic security industry.
* Language: Full professional proficiency in English is a must. You must be able to negotiate, present, and draft technical proposals in English with high accuracy.
* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IP-based surveillance, networking basics, and video analytics.
Required Skills
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
