Acai Travel is transforming the travel industry with AI-driven technology. Currently in the seed stage with ~$4M raised, we've gained significant traction with leading brands like World Travel Inc., Globespan, kiwi.com, and hopper.com. We're backed by top industry veterans and have teams in New York and Barcelona.

What You'll Do at Acai

1. LEAD :

Executing Product Strategy

Product Roadmapping :

* Develop and communicate a quarterly product vision roadmap.
* Establish periodic milestones and schedules for feature and functionality releases.

Product Delivery :

* Create and maintain processes that empower high-performance product teams.
* Establish, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive team delivery, product quality, adoption, and usage.

Product Documentation :

* Oversee the maintenance of internal product documentation, including detailed outlines of features, functionalities, and known limitations.

Value Proposition Management :

* Develop processes to align and integrate input from key stakeholders, including Customer Success, Sales, and Strategic Vision teams.

2. SUPPORT :

Enhancing Product Reach & Experience

Product Marketing :

* Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support product marketing initiatives and campaigns.

User Experience & Interaction :

* Champion user research and design best practices to ensure an intuitive and engaging product experience.

3. INFLUENCE :

Driving Broader Impact

Technical Decision-Making :

* Participate in high-level technical discussions, ensuring product decisions align with overall business and technical strategies.

Strategic Alignment :

* Work closely with executive leadership to shape and align on broader product strategy, ensuring our product roadmap supports our long-term business goals.

Who You Are

* An experienced product leader with deep understanding and hands-on experience of product management craft at B2B SaaS Startups.
* A strategic thinker with a passion for product excellence.
* An adaptive leader experienced in startup environments who thrives on building, guiding, and inspiring high-performing teams.
* A collaborative influencer who can bridge the gap between technical, marketing, and sales teams to create a unified vision.
* A data-driven decision-maker who leverages metrics to continuously improve product performance and customer outcomes.

Bonus Points For

* Experience in the Travel Industry.
* Experience with LLMs - Prompting, Evaluation, Metrics, etc.
* Experience with building products using AI / ML.
* Experience with Linear.

Compensation :

Competitive salary (55K-75K Euros) plus equity.

Private Health & Life Insurance Location

We're a hands-on team that thrives on in-person collaboration. Our office is a dynamic, startup environment where we whiteboard and problem-solve together every day. We're currently only considering candidates based in Barcelona with legal work authorization. At this stage, we cannot provide visa support.
