We are committed to creating collections inspired by the laid-back local lifestyle and the arts, fusing traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design.This role offers support in the areas of communications, marketing, operations, social media, and content creation.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to effectively communicate, analyze problems, and develop solutions.The Communications Assistant will be responsible for:- Community Management- Content Creation: Plan, write, and schedule social media posts for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) ensuring they match the brand's voice and aesthetic.- Community Interaction: Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions, proactively responding and managing interactions with followers to boost engagement.- Analytics and Reporting: Assist in gathering performance data from posts (likes, comments, shares, reach) to create simple reports that evaluate the success of social media campaigns.- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, identify new content formats, and analyze competitor strategies to suggest fresh ideas for the brand.- Influencer Campaign Support: Help identify potential collaborators, track influencer marketing campaigns, and coordinate product shipments.- Content Production- Assist with the end-to-end creation of visual content, mainly including the platforms of TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.- Creative Support: Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new content ideas and research industry trends to keep the brand's visuals fresh and relevant.- Asset Management: Organize and maintain the brand's digital asset library, ensuring all photos, videos, and graphics are easily accessible for the team.- Performance Tracking: Help monitor and report on content performance by tracking key metrics to understand what types of content resonate most with the audience.- Distributors- Asset Management: Distribute press kits, product photos, and campaign videos to worldwide distributors.- Brand Guidance: Ensure distributors correctly use the brand's tools and messaging in their local markets.- Internal Communications: Keep distributors informed about new products, launches, brand-tools, and company news.- Data Reporting: Collect feedback and sales data from distributors to inform the marketing team.- Resource Management: Organize and update a central database of brand resources for easy access by all partners.Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree level.- Understanding of the digital world and social media platforms.- Cultural awareness and understanding.- Sensitivity for content creation.- Extremely detail-oriented.- Interest in fashion.- Multi-tasking, flexible, dynamic, and proactive.- Able to effectively communicate, with initiative and capacity for analyzing and problem solving.- Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines with a proactive approach.- Analytical mind and ability to think critically.- Exceptional writing and interpersonal communications skills.- Rigorous and methodical.- Learning skills and pressure tolerance.- An advanced level of English is a must, both spoken and written.What We Offer- A dynamic and multicultural working environment that fosters teamwork, learning, and professional growth.- Discounts on Camper products.- Team outings and events.- Immediate start date with a versátil schedule.- You will be part of a leading company in the fashion sector, dynamic, innovative, highly aware, and committed to sustainability, with a close and inspiring working environment.Camper is committed to the goals of equal opportunities in order to create a diverse and inclusive business.
