About the roleWe are looking for a dynamic and internationally minded professional who wants to grow with a small but fast-scaling company .This is a hands-on role in a startup environment, ideal for someone who enjoys building, improving and scaling processes, taking ownership and having direct impact on business performance .You will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in structuring and optimizing purchasing and logistics operations as the company grows.
Key responsibilitiesManage and optimize international purchasing and logistics (import/export)Follow up purchase orders from suppliers to final customer deliveryWork with international suppliers (Asia experience valued)Improve costs, lead times and logistics efficiencyCoordinate shipments and warehouse pushHandle logistics incidents and implement preventive processesCollaborate closely with customer service and salesManage one purchasing/logistics assistantReport directly to the CEO
