Key Responsibilities:
* Support the smooth operation of the food & beverage department, ensuring all aspects of guest service are delivered to the highest standards.
* Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest inquiries.
* Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring they are completed professionally and on time.
* Achieve departmental plans and hotel initiatives and targets.
* Collaborate with supervisors to control costs and inventory, and to maintain productivity and performance levels.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence activities for internal and external audits, and performing follow-up as needed.
Requirements:
* Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
* A hands-on approach with a proactive work style.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for hospitality.
* Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties.
* Personal integrity and a commitment to excellence.
* Experience working with IT systems across various platforms.
* Strong communication skills.
