Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Merchant Operations Support (60%) - Support KPI tracking and coordination among European offices. - Assist in preparing business reports and conducting market research related to the European payment industry. - Participate in merchant visits, acceptance checks and operational inspections. - Support project coordination, documentation review and internal reporting tasks. - Monitor payment market trends and assist in collecting business information and data analysis. - Participate in business development projects according to business needs and personal capabilities. 2. Administrative & Marketing Support (40%) - Assist in daily office administration tasks. - Support preparation of Marketing & Communication materials, translations and information collection. Requirements - Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at a Spanish university. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated and detail-oriented. - Professional proficiency in Chinese and English; Spanish working proficiency is preferred. Additional Information: - Internship based in Madrid, Spain. - Internship agreement with the university may be required. - The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in business development and cross-border payment operations within the European market.
