Business Development & Innovation Strategy Manager
Responsible for driving the strategic development and commercial innovation of the BU, leading technical marketing initiatives, knowledge transfer between subsidiaries, and the development of strategic partnerships, with a focus on an international B2B industrial environment.
The company operates in the industrial/manufacturing sector. It focuses on delivering high-quality products and services to clients while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the daily comprehensive operational management of the German subsidiary: ensuring order, compliance, and process efficiency.
- Progressive assumption of responsibilities in Marketing and Innovation.
- Support the GM in France in defining and implementing the innovation and marketing strategy of the BU.
- Development of construction solutions and partnerships to strengthen the innovation strategy.
- Ensure strategic alignment of innovation initiatives across the entire business unit.
- Identification of improvement opportunities.
- Promote knowledge and process transfer between the different companies in the Innovation strategy and secure an alignment of the strategy through the BU.
- Collaborate in intercultural management within a multinational environment.
- Ensure a continuous improvement approach aligned with corporate objectives.
- Availability to travel across Europe, especially to Germany and France.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Management or similar. MBA or Master's in Management will be valued.
- Previous experience as a Technical Key Account Manager, Business Unit Manager, or similar roles will be especially valued.
- Solid experience in industrial B2B environments, in technical marketing, product development, or industrial sales.
- Very high level of English (mandatory), German desirabile, French is a plus.
- Strategic profile with operational capacity.
- Leadership, cross-functional vision, and organizational management skills.
- Ability to integrate into international structures and assume executive functions.
- Capability to work independently.
