About the Role We’re looking for a Paid Media B2C Specialist - UK Market to lead our paid acquisition strategy and grow our user base in English-speaking regions. You’ll create and optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and work closely with our content team to ensure effective communication across platforms. What You’ll Do Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc. Monitor performance and optimize for KPIs such as CPL, CTR, and ROAS. Run A/B tests on creatives and landing pages. Collaborate with design/content teams to launch high-performing campaigns. Deliver actionable insights through regular reporting. What We’re Looking For 2 years’ experience managing paid media campaigns with a strong emphasis on B2C Experience in launching paid media marketing campaigns in the UK market Native or C2-level English (written and spoken). Strong knowledge of ad platforms and performance tracking. Analytical mindset and results-driven approach.
