**Job Title**: Account Manager Home Care North of Spain

As an Account Manager of Sleep & Respiratory Care you are responsible from defined DME and End to end sales process.

Act as a single contact point for customers and manage CRM and KOL relationship, develop new opportunities.

**Your role**:

- Developing, maintaining and improving relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned district/area.
- Creating the yearly sales plan, with help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and Mar

Com deliverables.
- Creating together with the internal order desk, of optimal offers to the accounts.
- Initializing customer tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions.
- Monitoring the quality of the realization of the actions, improving contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions.
- Presenting and explaining the local product portfolio and supports the national promotions.
- Reporting regularly on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to inform about the situation.

As a part of Sleep and Respiratory Care -Iberia team you will be reporting to S&RC; Sales Leader Iberia

You will have an opportunity to develop your sales and operational management skills in a multinational set up while working in a hybrid model.

**You are the right fit if**:

- Experience in account management, sales activity, or project management
- Preferably minimum 5 years in similar position.
- Negotiation, contracting and problem-solving skills to develop the account.
- Experience working with large matrix teams both internal and externally.
- Understand local market environments, reimbursement models, public tenders and local challenges and regulations.
- Background in healthcare industry will be an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and in English languages
- Clinical knowledge is desirable
- Clean driving license
- Willing and able to travel.

For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
