Propósito del Rol
El asociado de ventas ayuda a alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI). Para ello, sigue los valores de la marca para proporcionar una experiencia única a los deportistas que visitan Under Armour. Este puesto queda a cargo del gerente de tienda y se ocupa de llevar a cabo funciones rutinarias para dar soporte a las operaciones de la tienda. El asociado de ventas asume las responsabilidades del especialista en inventario en su ausencia.

Ventas y omni
Proporcionar asistencia directa a deportistas en materia de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos de KPI de ventas establecidos por el gerente de tienda Responder a las solicitudes omnicanal de acuerdo con los procedimientos y la política de UA a través de una experiencia digital
Imagen de marca y experiencia del cliente
Ejercer como ejemplo de la cultura de servicio de UA y satisfacer las expectativas de los clientesComunicar el mensaje de marca según el modelo de servicio de UA al ayudar a los deportistasIncorporar conocimientos sobre productos en el proceso de venta gracias a la formación recibida
Operaciones de tienda minorista
Adaptarse a los estándares relacionados con la mercancía y la configuración de productosCumplir con las políticas y los procedimientos de UACompletar los procesos operativos y de efectivo (manuales o sistemáticos) de acuerdo con la formación recibidaRespetar el código de vestimenta y las políticas de asistencia de Under ArmourTrabajar las horas programadas en la política de asistencia de Under Armour

Requisitos
Hasta tres meses de experiencia en tiendas de deportes, ropa o calzadoCapacidad de trabajar en un programa flexible para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio, incluidos días festivos, noches y fines de semana
Requerimientos Físicos
Capacidad de manipular o reubicar productos de hasta 12 kilosCapacidad de estar en movimiento durante períodos prolongados con pausas cortas para manipular productosCapacidad de acceder libremente a todas las áreas de la tienda, incluido el área del piso de ventas, el depósito y la caja registradoraSe pueden hacer adaptaciones razonables para ayudar a cumplir con las responsabilidades esenciales
