Key job responsibilities
* Improve key Instock metrics, such as Availability, Inventory health
* Identify gaps and implement scalable solutions
* Develop understanding of the various sourcing channels, and implement best practices to optimize sourcing
* Develop and implement audit mechanisms to proactively identify defects and drive defect reduction
* Hire and Develop the team of interns and Associate Instock Managers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 10+ years of professional background and at least 5 of them focused on either demand planning, consulting in strategy and operations, supply chain or any other related field.
* 5+ years of with Excel experience
* Experience Experience working with complex data sets
* Experience communicating results to senior leadership
* Bachelor degree or certificate of completion of studies required
* Advanced level in both, English and Spanish
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
* Experience with SQL
