Role Description
We are seeking a video editor and creative specialist to oversee the video production process, working collaboratively with team members and clients to bring their creative visions to life. Your responsibilities will include filming, editing video footage, developing visual effects, animation creation, and ensuring polished, impactful final productions. This part‐time, on‐site role is based in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and Assemble (30h/week) : Execute high‐quality video edits for diverse projects (social media content, marketing videos) from raw footage to final delivery.
Basic Color Grading : Apply visual consistency and enhance mood through professional color grading.
Creative Collaboration : Work closely with teams to deliver content that aligns with brand vision and technical specifications.
AI & Tech Exploration : Research, test, and integrate AI‐powered editing tools to streamline post‐production workflows.
What We're Looking For
Proven Editing Experience : Demonstrated experience in video editing; entry‐level candidates are welcome if they are obsessed with creating final pieces.
Technical Proficiency : Expertise with industry‐standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Capcut).
Color Expertise : Understanding of color correction and grading techniques.
Location & Hours : Must be willing to work 30 hours per week from our office in Barcelona.
Portfolio : A link to your editing portfolio/showreel is mandatory for application.
Compensation & Application
Base Salary: €20,000 per year (12 pays).
Contract: Part‐time (30 hours/week), on‐site.
