For our central IT team we are looking for a Software Developer maintaining and developing our ERP system and supporting the future migration to a new solution.
Your Main Resonsibilities
* Maintenance and continuous development of our own ERP system.
* Responsibility for comprehensive support of the ERP system in our European corporate environment.
* Use and further development of a wide range of technologies – from established tools to innovative approaches.
* Close cooperation with the design, production, assembly and sales departments to optimise our business processes.
* Active involvement in replacing our existing ERP system with JD Edwards, including integration of the new system architecture.
Your Profile
* Several years of practical experience in software development.
* In-depth knowledge of RPG Free, CL, DDS and SQL.
* Experience in working with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON).
* Basic knowledge of Java and Office 365 is desirable.
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
* Strong interest in manufacturing IT and operational technology (OT).
* Motivation to improve production processes through clever IT solutions.
