Currently seed funded, they are entering a key growth phase focused on candidate selection and pre-clinical validation, ahead of a Series A financing milestone within the next 12 months.
The Role
Shape the overall scientific and strategic direction of a pioneering therapeutic platform.
Lead day-to-day operations and cultivate relationships with investors, advisors, and key partners.
Build and guide a lean, mission-driven team through candidate selection and early development stages.
Your Background
Essential that you have a PhD in Neurology, Immunology or similar Life Science.
Proven leadership in early-stage biotech or translational R&D.;
Demonstrated success in fundraising or venture financing within biotech environment.
Expertise in neuroscience, immunology, or biologic therapeutics.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a 'build mode' environment.
Open to other C-suite positions like CSO or COO with a strong track record.
Role is open to EU and UK only.
