You follow what is happening in sales tech and you are always looking for a smarter way to work. /b /p pbIf that sounds like you, this role was written for you. /b /p pbThe Opportunity /b /ppCNLabs is growing across Europe and we are building the commercial team to match. As our first SDR in Europe, you will be working directly with and coached by our CRO, someone with deep experience building high-performance revenue organisations from the ground up. /ppYou will not be handed a script and left alone. You will be developed. /p pThis is not a role where you spend three years as an SDR hoping someone notices. High performers will move into an Account Executive role within 18 months. We are building something ambitious and we want people who are too. /p pbWhat You'll Do /b /pulliBuild and execute multichannel outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn) targeting technology vendors and enterprises across Europe /liliResearch prospects thoroughly and personalise your outreach, we want quality over volume /liliQualify leads and book high-quality discovery calls for the CNLabs commercial team /liliOwn your pipeline in CRM: activity, follow-ups, and metrics are yours to manage /liliSupport event-based outreach around webinars, roundtables, and trade shows /liliShare what you learn in the field as your insights will shape how we message and position /li /ul pbWhat We're Looking For /b /ppbThe essentials: /b /pulli1–3 years of B2B sales development or inside sales experience in tech, SaaS, or professional services /liliA genuine love of talking to people: you get energy from conversations, not anxiety /liliHands-on with modern sales tools: sequencing platforms (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, Instantly, Lemlist), CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator /liliA growth mindset: you actively seek feedback, reflect on what is not working, and adjust /liliSelf-starter with initiative: you do not wait to be told; you identify what needs doing and do it /liliFluent in English and at least 1 additional European language /liliDetail-oriented: in your research, your copy, and your data /liliComfortable in a technical conversation; you do not need to be an engineer, but you engage seriously with complex topics /li /ul pbBonus points: /b /pulliExperience engaging both tech vendor and enterprise buyer profiles /liliYou have built outreach sequences yourself, not just inherited them /liliYou have worked in a small or scaling team where you had to figure things out /li /ul pbWhat We Offer /b /pulliFully remote: ideally work from Spain, but anywhere in Europe for the right individual /liliDirect coaching from an experienced CRO who is personally invested in your growth /liliDirect coaching from an experienced CRO who is personally invested in your growth /liliWorking internationally in a high performance team /liliA clear, realistic path to Account Executive within 18 months /liliCompetitive fixed salary + performance bonus /liliA high-performance culture where drive and initiative are recognised and rewarded /liliThe chance to be part of building something: CNLabs' European expansion is happening now /li /ulpbr/ppbAbout CNLabs /b /ppCNLabs is a global testing and certification laboratory with test facilities in the US, Australia and India, helping technology companies bring compliant, market-ready products to market.
