The HR Department plays a key role in supporting business functions by providing end-to-end services and facilitating strategic objectives through HR tools and processes. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Manager, supporting the Spanish Site Derivados Químicos based in Alcantarilla – Murcia. Your Responsibilities: Partner with site managers and employees to provide strategic solutions, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the business, including manufacturing and other business flows and needs. Support line managers by offering valuable input and expertise on Employment laws, HR policies and processes, Compensations, Talent management & Learning, Hiring & Employer Branding, HR Controlling, Performance Management, and international integration principles. Manage Legal related topics and Industrial relations. Understand the business strategy and drivers, collaborating with Corporate HR to identify opportunities for HR to add value to the Company's strategic goals. Implement the HR operating model and optimize organizational designs and principles in line with group and global rules and standards. Support Company culture change across national and international sites. Embody the organization's values and act as a brand ambassador. Your Background: Relevant experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner in dynamic organizations (min 5 years). Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures and ability to use analytical and experiential data for decision-making. Self-motivated with action and results delivery orientation; demonstrated initiativeand accountability by willingness to assume additional duties other than assigned. Ability to consult, facilitate, and interact across function/market areas and with all organizational levels. Strong change management skills and ability to promote a new cultural organization. Fluency in English Language (both written and spoken). Strong IT skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Educational qualification: Master's Degree with preference for economics, human resources, law, or psychology. Experience in Pharmaceutical or Chemical Industries will be considered a plus.
