Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Industrial Sales Specialist based in Barcelona. The role involves managing and growing industrial sales accounts, identifying business opportunities, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting customer meetings, understanding client requirements, creating sales proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction. The role also encompasses contributing to sales strategies and achieving sales targets within the industrial sector.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Industrial Sales and Sales Management
Experience in Sales and Business Development to drive growth and profitability
Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is beneficial
Knowledge of the industrial sector and relevant products/services is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic market conditions
