As a Senior Accountant AR/AP, you will have a unique opportunity to join a brand-new team and play a critical role in managing Strategic & Key Clients/Suppliers. This role demands a deep understanding of the AR/O2C cycle (onboarding, billing & compliance, credit & collections) and AP cycle (PO process, matching PO & invoice, vendor’s payment).
Your Responsibilities Include:
1. Monitors billing transactions and sends the invoices
2. Analyze and follow up on overdue payments
3. Drive contract and its payment plan
4. Prepare monthly and quarterly accounts receivable reports
5. Support Sales and Customer Success departments within the whole Accounts Payable process
6. Secure payments on time for external and internal suppliers through daily follow-up
7. Ensure the quality of master data about our suppliers from a financial point of view
8. Work closely with the Finance Department to assist with reconciliations
9. Other administrative tasks, such as employee expense control
10. Office management
Your Profile Should Include:
1. 5+ years of experience working as part of the AR/AP department, preferably in a multinational
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
3. Fluent in Spanish and English is required
4. Experience with contract management
5. Good MS-Office skills
6. Experience using A3 is an advantage
