HybridAgency:Havas Media Group SpainJob Description Summary:Contributes to the overall management of the client brands’ media plans in close alignment with external agencies, brand teams and DMC IC.- Manages media activation based on marketing plan/activity calendar including mobilising/coordinating digital hub channel specialists to deploy locally.- Collaborates with the DMC Media Planning and activation Lead IC Italy & Iberia to ensure the full end-to-end plan works on and offline with key customers.Job Description:Key Accountabilities:- Drive Best in class Holistic Media Planning and execution for the brand.- Support brand teams with guidance and expertise regarding the best media, digital and influencer strategies to achieve brand objectives.- Lead, coordinate and deliver best in class holistic media plans (offline and online), you will ensure a consistent end-to-end consumer experience across all touchpoints in Spain.- Implement key category initiatives/ goals into our media activations- Track, learn & optimize based on key comms goals- Acting as orchestrator amongst brand and agency partners- Drive efficiencies through rigour and relationships- Management of media agency delivery to support brand plans and brand strategy- Drive best practice and thought leadership- Dock into various cross functional disciplines (CRM/PRM, Technology/Uni-Ops, and CMI (Consumer and Market Insights). Land core cross functional capabilities and best practice locally- Work together with the DMC Media Planning & activation IC Lead to drive Media and digital media innovation - pioneering the future of media and data driven marketing through a continuous test, learn and scale approach. Drive the transformation needed for Ice Cream through media innovation in the areas that are linked to the ice cream strategy.
