#Take overall responsibility for training and enablement across EU subsidiaries, building a professional and effective training organization to support sustainable sales growth.
* Lead, develop, and empower training managers in EU subsidiaries by defining capability standards, training plans, assessment criteria, and coaching mechanisms.
* Ensure subsidiary training managers effectively fulfill their core mission of supporting dealers to improve sales performance.
* Establish and maintain regular communication and collaboration with EU general distributors and key market partners on training-related initiatives.
* Work with partners to design and implement incentive mechanisms that enhance engagement and execution of training enablement programs.
* Closely collaborate with EU and subsidiary sales leaders to identify key sales drivers and performance gaps through data analysis, market research, and frontline insights.
* Integrate resources from Global HQ, Regional HQ, country organizations, and distributors to design and execute annual and quarterly training enablement plans aligned with sales targets.
* Conduct on-site coaching and support for key dealers, addressing practical sales challenges and accelerating performance improvement.
* Support regional initiatives and special projects, including organizing study programs and exchange visits to Global HQ for outstanding trainers and sales consultants.
* Complete other training enablement-related tasks assigned by the EU regional management team.
Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources (training focus), or related fields are preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in training management, with at least 3 years of training enablement experience in the automotive, retail, or related industries within the European market.
* Demonstrated success in driving sales performance improvement through structured training enablement initiatives.
* Excellent resource integration and stakeholder coordination capabilities across global, regional, and local levels.
* Fluent in English; Spanish, German, French) is a strong plus.
* Strong program design, execution, and performance tracking skills.
