As a Learning & Development Journey Owner, you will lead the end-to-end design and orchestration of market-leading learning journeys across key career stages (e.g., Core, Manager, Leader). Operating at a global scale and enabled by our learning experience platform (MyLearningHub), you will create impactful, blended learning experiences that align with business needs, career development, and leadership growth. Your main focus is on the learner's experience—from becoming aware of a learning need to applying knowledge on the job. Design a smooth, motivating, and goal-oriented learning experience that increases engagement and improves outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design End-to-End Learning Journeys: Develop comprehensive learning pathways tailored to specific roles, career stages, or leadership tracks, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
2. Orchestrate Blended Learning Experiences: Integrate various learning modalities—including digital content, live workshops, coaching, and experiential learning—to create impactful and engaging learner experiences.
3. Ensure Personalization and Progression: Design journeys that are adaptive to individual learner needs and career aspirations, enabling measurable progression and continuous development.
4. Leverage Learning Technologies: Utilize the learning experience platform to deliver personalized, engaging, and scalable learning solutions.
5. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with LCD colleagues, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and co-create solutions addressing diverse capability needs.
6. Align Learning Components: Work closely with learning product owners to ensure all journey components (courses, tools, assessments) are cohesive, integrated, and aligned with the overall learning vision.
7. Ensure Global and Local Relevance: Adapt learning interventions to local cultural, language, and functional contexts while maintaining global consistency to ensure inclusivity and effectiveness.
8. Champion a Learning Culture: Promote continuous learning by providing employees with the tools and mindset to prioritize development.
9. Measure and Optimize: Define success metrics for learning journeys and continuously evaluate and refine based on feedback, impact, and performance.
10. Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Keep abreast of external learning innovations to ensure solutions remain best-in-class and future-ready.
