Discover Impactful Work:
The Medical Director will provide medical support and advice for clinical trials and safety evaluations within the Pharmacovigilance department.
A Day in the Life:
* Provide medical leadership to study teams, including creating and reviewing clinical trial protocols, amendments, CSRs, ICFs, CRFs, and protocol deviations.
* Monitor clinical studies in real-time to ensure medical validity and subject safety, addressing issues proactively.
* Review protocols, support staff, and ensure procedural and budgetary compliance, serving as liaison between sponsor and internal departments.
* Educate investigator sites and handle day-to-day activities during trials.
* Act as medical point of contact for stakeholders, interacting with investigators, IRBs, and Health Authorities, and providing training.
* Ensure compliance with SOPs and GCP guidelines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify medical risks and issues.
We welcome candidates for Senior Medical Director with experience in strategic development.
Education:
1. MD, MB/BS or equivalent, with strong clinical experience in Rheumatology.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
2. Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, clinical trials, and pharmaceutical medicine.
3. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
4. Experience with NDA submission processes and regulatory guidelines for adverse event reporting.
5. Strong communication, presentation skills, and teamwork abilities.
