As an experienced Azure Engineer at Intercept, you list the wishes and possibilities, you spar with our Azure Consultants and you go the extra mile for our customers! You give our customers solicited and unsolicited advice on complex Microsoft Azure (3rd line) issues and you are not afraid to point them in the right direction.
We are looking for an experienced Azure Engineer for our Continuous Improvement team. You will work on complex issues (often 3rd line) that come in from the software development department of our customers. The work includes the maintenance and improvement of Azure resources within the Azure subscription of our customers. Resolve medium to complex incidents and perform root cause analysis
Act as an escalation point for junior engineers and customer care teams
Enhance monitoring configurations and address performance bottlenecks
Participate in team learning sessions, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Perform health checks and performance assessments of Azure environments
Maintain and continuously improve documentation for configurations, processes, and incident resolutions

At least 5 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
Strong background in DevOps tools such as Helm, Open Telemetry, GitHub, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and Linux.
Familiarity with industry best practices for cloud security, cost optimization, and automation.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
