Remote Software / Application Support (SQL) – Healthcare Software

Your role :
* This role supports our Emergency Medical Record (ICCA) and Care Management Software used in A&E & ICU departments.
* As a Support Engineer, you will act as 1st line support by qualifying customer calls, resolving application issues (including scripting and queries), and escalating when necessary.
* You will ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication, prioritization, and product training.
* Provide quality documentation, reporting, and share your expertise with colleagues.
* This role offers the flexibility to work from home.
You’re right for this role if :
* You have a technical background with experience in Application/Software Support, preferably in healthcare, or are willing to learn clinical solutions.
* You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, medical informatics, or a related field.
* Your technical skills include:
* - Windows Server
* - SQL Server 2012+ (including running queries)
* - Networking
* - Ideally, HL7, FHIR, and understanding of clinical/hospital workflows
* You can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* You demonstrate reliability, commitment, confidence, and teamwork skills.
* You are fluent in Spanish and English.
