Role Overview
Become an Automotive Hotline Technician in Barcelona. Use your expertise in vehicle electronics to provide remote, real‐time support to workshop technicians.
Responsibilities
Guide workshop technicians through remote support, diagnosing complex electronic issues (sensors, ECUs, CAN networks).
Use advanced diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, scanners, and analysis software.
Identify fault patterns, recommend solutions, and help prevent future problems.
Participate in internal training sessions and develop technical content.
Leverage digital AI‐powered platforms and smart data.
Qualifications
Technical background in automotive electronics, electromechanics, or vehicle engineering.
Minimum 3 years of hands‐on experience in advanced diagnostics.
Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic software.
Solid understanding of modern vehicle electronics and communication protocols.
Solution‐driven mindset and genuine interest in helping others.
Fluent Spanish and English (at least B1/B2).
Bonus: Experience in remote support or technical training.
