Account Executive – Barcelona (EMEA)

High-growth Series B SaaS company transforming how finance teams run planning and performance. Backed by top-tier investors and doubling YoY, this is a unique opportunity to join early, in a scaling sales team with strong product-market fit and proven quota attainment.
You’ll sell a modern FP&A platform used by finance leaders to automate reporting, streamline forecasting, and unlock real-time insights. Buyers are typically CFOs, Heads of Finance, and FP&A leaders across high-growth software and tech-enabled businesses.
The Opportunity
* Mid-Market focus (avg. deal size €35K; up to €75K)
* 3–6 month sales cycles
* 80% inbound/partner-led pipeline
* Quota: €650K
* Current AEs consistently >100% (3–4 deals/month average)
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years Mid-Market SaaS closing experience (€35K–€50K ACV)
* Experience selling to CFO / Finance personas
* Experience in early-stage / pre-IPO environments
* Strong track record with structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC preferred)
* Stable CV with consistent quota achievement
* Fluent English (additional European language is a plus)

Compensation
* €130–140K OTE (50/50 split) + healthcare + relocation support.
