Our goal is to drive category growth by generating new users and influencing Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and owners to offer contact lenses proactively.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities for growth.
* Influence customers to adopt a proactive mindset towards contact lenses.
* Understand and cater to the unique needs of various customer channels, including independent stores, buying groups, and chains.
* Utilize basic tools to develop the contact lens category, such as customer journey mapping, POS optimization, database management, and training organization.
* Execute Joint Business Planning (JBP) defined for each Key Account (KA) area.
* Build the Misight category by educating ECPs on improving children's lives with contact lenses.
* Coverage planning: implement customer segmentation-based plans.
* Follow determined sales processes.
* Nurture strong relationships with customers, including roles like ECPs, owners, and sales teams.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary.
* Add value to the team and demonstrate teamwork.
* Stay up-to-date with CooperVision programs and leverage them effectively.
* Complete administrative and reporting tasks efficiently.
