Role Overview
We’re hiring Campaign Managers at three levels: Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team creating campaigns that influence culture across platforms and markets.
Languages Required: Fluency in English and at least one of the following – Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, or Turkish.
As a Senior Campaign Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end execution of high-value, global campaigns—from strategy to delivery—working directly with clients and creators.
Responsibilities:
* Manage high-value projects including campaign casting, creator negotiation, delivery, and post-campaign reporting.
* Lead creator selection based on data insights; oversee contracts and handle legal escalations.
* Manage budgets and optimize spending to meet CPV/ROI targets.
* Communicate with clients, lead update calls, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across all phases.
* Collaborate with Paid Media and Strategy teams to enhance performance.
* Review content for FTC and brand guideline compliance.
* Mentor junior team members and improve internal processes for efficiency.
As a Campaign Manager, support campaign delivery by handling tasks like casting, coordination, and performance review.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and onboard creators aligned with campaign briefs.
* Negotiate rates, prepare contracts, and track collaboration history.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy, Paid Media, Creator Partnerships) to meet deadlines and deliverables.
* Maintain regular communication with clients and creators; manage approvals and feedback.
* Monitor campaign performance using KPIs like CPV, CPM, and engagement rate.
* Review creator content for brief adherence and compliance standards.
As a Junior Campaign Manager, provide executional and administrative support to ensure smooth campaign delivery under guidance.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with creator research and discovery based on client briefs.
* Coordinate daily campaign activities with creators and schedule tasks.
* Support briefing calls, track deliverables, and update timelines.
* Help review content for brief alignment and compliance.
* Maintain project trackers and monitor campaign data.
* Learn from senior team members and contribute to process improvements.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
* Ability to manage deadlines, feedback, and changing priorities.
* Data literacy, familiarity with performance metrics (CPV, CPM, ER).
* Experience with tools like Excel, Streak, Asana, or other campaign management platforms.
* Fluency in English and one or more of Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, or Dutch.
* Experience in influencer marketing, creative agencies, or media is a plus.
