We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong experience configuring and administering IFS Field Service Management (FSM). This role will be responsible for workflow configuration, system optimization, user training, and ensuring effective adoption of the platform across the organization.
System Configuration and Support
Configure FSM modules such as work orders, inventory, mobile, and customer engagement.
Optimize workflows, business rules, SLAs, and field technician processes.
Translate business requirements into functional system configurations in collaboration with IT and business teams.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage configuration-related test cycles.
Training and Change Management
Develop and deliver role-specific training programs for end users.
Create manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
Data Management and Reporting
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across FSM modules.
Power BI).
Analyze usage patterns and feedback to identify training or configuration gaps.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IFS support and external partners as needed.
Stay current with IFS Cloud updates, features, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience configuring cloud-based ERP or FSM systems, ideally IFS Cloud.
Proficiency with ClickLearn for creating SOPs and training materials.
Familiarity with IFS Mobile Workforce Management or Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO).
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or Crystal Reports is a plus.
NET, SQL Server, and basic transact-SQL.
