As an RD Project Manager – Power Electronics, you will be responsible for leading complex product development projects from concept to industrialization. You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful delivery of innovative power electronics solutions, aligned with business objectives, quality standards, and time-to-market expectations.
brLead cross-functional RD project teams (Power Electronics, Mechanics, Control Automation, Engineering) in close collaboration with Product Owners and Program Management.
brDrive the development of multiple product roadmap items together with the RD technical teams and key stakeholders.
brDefine project scope, budget, planning, and milestones across different RD initiatives.
brEnsure transparent and efficient backlog implementation, guaranteeing quality, timing, and successful releases.
brDevelop accurate, comprehensive, and regular project reporting, including stakeholder communication.
brManage risks, opportunities, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
brSet up and manage partnerships with external development partners and production suppliers.
brContribute to the continuous improvement of RD processes, promoting lean and agile ways of working.
brEnsure compliance with applicable internal procedures, quality standards, and external regulations.

brUniversity degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or similar.
brAt least 3 years of experience in technical project management, covering full product lifecycle development (RD, specifications, concept, design, testing, validation, qualification, and industrialization).
brProven experience managing product development projects in a multisite and global environment.
brGood knowledge of Agile/Lean frameworks such as Scrum or stage-gate methodologies.
brExperience with Power Electronics products is a strong advantage.
brStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
brFluency in spoken and written English is required (at least C1)
