Responsibilities
- Responsible for running operational processes such as pick up, data entry processing, distribution, delivery, status update and reporting
- Control and monitor all expense for operational cost
- Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources, facilities and infrastructure
- Inventory all problem that occur in the work area
- Ensuring that all SOP work correctly and do evaluating team work performance
- Conduct contingency plan when needed quick and correctly
- Maintain existing customer and review vendor and agents
- Responsible for manage and maintaining company assets
- Make daily, weekly and monthly report to direct reports
- Provide recommendations for punishment, promotion, demotion, mutation to BO
Requirements
- to 5 years of progressively responsible experience as Branch Manager
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
- Eager to expand branch with new accounts, clients and businesses
- Experience at compiling and following strict budgets
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Strong aptitude for number, spreadsheets, and financial reports
- Excellent computer skill; experience in financial software, Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage employees, while multitasking large project
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
