We are looking for

Senior Radio Optimization & RTPM Automation Lead to join our team and help us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

What you will do
\n
RTPM whole process optimization.
\n
RTPM automation high level, low level design, and implementation. Improve RTPM tickets process to full automation.
\n
Performance degradation deep analysis and tracking.
\n
Dedicated optimization solution output and implementation.
\n
For above activities, Independently communicate with customers and related teams, and control the progress, quality.
\n
What you are like
\n
Minimum 8 years of experience in Radio Optimization & Planning in large-scale network environments.
\n
Strong background in Real Time Performance Monitoring (RTPM delivery). xugodme

Advanced expertise in
\n
Network performance monitoring
\n
Multi-vendor and multi-layer radio optimization
\n
Process automation and technical design
\n
Full professional proficiency in English (minimum B2/C1).
\n
Professional proficiency in Spanish.
\n
