Base Pay Range
Location: Porto, Portugal
Work Model: Onsite
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday: 06:00 – 21:00 (Rotative shifts)
2 rotative days off
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high‐quality support to customers, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience in German. No prior experience needed.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in German
Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Document interactions and follow internal procedures
Collaborate with internal teams when necessary
Requirements
German C2 level (mandatory)
Good level of English
Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
Customer‐oriented mindset
Availability to work in rotative shifts
Starting date: 22/Jan/2026
