What you’ll do
You’ll help keep Aleyant financially strong by:
* Managing day‑to‑day accounting operations including AP/AR and customer billing
* Preparing bank and credit‑card reconciliations
* Posting journal entries and supporting month‑end close
* Maintaining revenue schedules and financial documentation
* Preparing VAT filings (Modelo 115, 303, 349, 390 & 347)
* Assisting with audits and delivering ad‑hoc financial analysis
* Collaborating with global teams and contributing to process improvements
You'll also work flexible hours to connect with our US corporate office — because at Aleyant, we work as a global team .
What you bring

* Relevant hands‑on accounting experience
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy
* Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
* Fluency in English & Spanish
* Availability on short notice or ideally immediate availability
