Amazon (China) Holding Company Limited is hiring a Program Manager to support the RBS Cross Border team at the Amazon Global Store (AGS) in Beijing.
Key responsibilities
* Establish the management framework of Deal/Merchandising to drive business growth and reduce cost.
* Plan and deliver programs independently in a dynamic environment.
* Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on program priorities, goals and roadmap.
* Identify new opportunities to initiate sub‑programs and influence upstream teams’ priorities.
* Make trade‑off decisions and understand when and how to appropriately escalate.
* Develop solutions and lead implementation.
* Advocate and practice using technology to solve business problems.
* Mentor junior team and project members.
Key Performance Areas
* Program plan and delivery management independently in a dynamic environment.
* Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on program priorities, goals and roadmap.
* Identify new opportunities to initiate sub‑programs.
* Influence upstream teams’ priorities and roadmap.
* Make trade‑off decisions and understand when and how to sanction appropriately.
* Development of solutions and lead implementation.
* Advocator and practitioner of using technology to solve business problems.
* Mentor junior team/project members.
Basic Qualifications
* 3+ years of program or project management experience.
* 3+ years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
* 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL.
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
* Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
* 3+ years of driving process improvements.
* Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
* Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
* Knowledge of search engine or experience in product search optimization.
