This is a fully on-site position based at our facilities in Mijas. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing and delivering communication across multiple channels, ensuring accurate, clear and engaging information for our Club members and internal stakeholders.Main Responsibilities- Provide communication support to all Club Operations departments.- Review correspondence, standard letters and administrative documents, ensuring accuracy in text, grammar and presentation.- Coordinate and manage the production of Space and Travel related offers.- Communicate Club Operations and Idiliq news across all required channels, including web, e-bulletins and e-traveller.- Monitor and oversee the maintenance of the intranet and websites for all member-related content.- Produce high-quality written content and press releases related to products, services and activities.- Liaise with Creative Services and external consultants on all Member Communication matters.- Coordinate communication with other internal departments to ensure alignment and consistency.- Ensure Member Benefits are correctly presented and updated across communication channels and websites.- Maintain relationships with external suppliers of Member Benefits, ensuring offers are accurate and active.- Collaborate with internal departments such as ICT, Product Development, Resort Management and Club Secretary on communication-related projects and releases.- Support the promotion of activities and offers for CLC Resorts, working closely with Resort Management and other partners.- Contribute to the coordination of information relating to CUA Resorts.- Stay updated on all product and operational changes relevant to the role, attending training as required.Requeriments- Previous experience in corporate communication, content writing or similar roles.- Excellent written communication skills in English and Spanish.- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to coordinate projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.- Proficiency with digital platforms and communication tools (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage).What We Offer- Full on-site role at our offices in Mijas.- The opportunity to join a well-established international company in the tourism sector.- A dynamic and collaborative working environment.- Ongoing professional development and training.- Competitive conditions in line with experience and profile.
