En Krell Consulting, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Project Leader IA, para unirse a nuestro equipo, en Barcelona, en proyecto del sector aeronáutico.
PERFIL: Project Lead IA
SECTOR: Aeronáutico
LOCALIZACIÓN: Barcelona
MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO: híbrido. Deben residir en Barcelona ya que se necesita presencialidad de 3 días en Viladecans.
FUNCIONES: Liderar productos IA para aviación: definir visión, roadmap, gestionar ciclo, analizar datos.
REQUERIDO:
- Grado en Informática/Ingeniería, 5+ años en IA/ML, 3-7 años en aviación (operaciones/mantenimiento).
- Habilidades en liderazgo, datos. Creativo, pragmático.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, in AI, machine learning, or data science domains.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts, techniques, and tools.
- Proven track record of delivering successful Customer AI products that solve real-world problems and create value for the customers and the business.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive product decisions.
- Creative, innovative, and customer-oriented mindset, with the passion and curiosity to explore new ideas and technologies.
