Job Summary We are looking for a Sales Area Manager to lead and develop our commercial operations in a strategic region of Spain within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry - East Area. This is a key leadership role for a professional who combines strategic thinking, strong people management, and commercial drive to deliver results while building and developing a high-performing team. Your Mission As Sales Area Manager, you will lead the commercial strategy and execution in your region, ensuring business growth, strong customer relationships, and outstanding team performance. Key Accountabilities Lead, coach and develop a team of Key Account Managers and Sales Application Specialists; Define and execute the commercial strategy in your assigned area; Ensure the achievement of sales targets and operating income objectives; Monitor performance, analyse market trends and implement corrective actions when needed; Participate in budget preparation and strategic planning; Coordinate cross-functionally with Business Units, Technical Service, Logistics and Contracting teams; Foster a high-performance culture based on collaboration, ethics and customer focus.
