The Global Commercial Product Manager ensures that the services related to the MDSAP & ISO13485 sector are commercially successful and have long-term viability.
The main responsibilities and purpose of this role are:
* To have overall responsibility for the successful management of the schemes (Audit, Certification, Training), ensuring they are aligned to market needs, properly designed and delivered, and meet the expectations of SGS Affiliates, external customers, and scheme owners.
* To identify trends and opportunities for new products/solutions offerings and coordinate the overall GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy for new global products together with SGS Affiliates.
* To provide overall commercial strategy/guidance for affiliates to facilitate product growth in key countries and regions.
Key Accountabilities
* In line with the segment strategy, provide a commercial strategy and business plan for the growth of the product in key countries and regions.
* In collaboration with the affiliates, establish global and local pricing strategies.
* In conjunction with Global Marketing and Business Manager, develop and support relevant marketing initiatives to support business growth.
* Develop and evolve marketing packages and tools in collaboration with the Global Operational Marketing Team.
* Develop an understanding of customer and market needs through market research.
* Monitor competitive activities to maintain awareness of the competitive landscape.
* Support sales, marketing, business development, and account activities, including visits and events.
* Participate in relevant scheme owner committees or working groups to maintain influence and exposure in the area.
* Ensure communication and collaboration with other Global Product Managers and the Global Business Manager – Healthcare and Medical Devices.
* Represent the Voice of the Customer in product development, defining business requirements and prioritizing features to maximize value.
* Adopt safe behavior, exercising due regard for health and safety, in line with SGS policies.
* Comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
Qualifications

* University degree in a relevant field
* Proven sales and business development experience within the medical services or healthcare industry
* Leadership experience in a matrixed environment
* Understanding of ISO13485 and MDSAP
* Knowledge of Testing, Inspection, and Certification processes
* Experience in quality assurance and auditing
