About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager & SDR Team Lead to take ownership of our lead generation processes, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified leads through strategic inbound, outbound, and partnership initiatives. This leadership role is central to driving our growth in the B2B SaaS space, focusing exclusively on lead generation without involvement in contract closing.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team dedicated to generating qualified leads through inbound, outbound, and partnership strategies.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and oversee the execution of lead generation campaigns aligned with company objectives.
* Process Development: Design and implement robust inbound and outbound processes, leveraging best practices and tools.
* Market Research: Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and identify key customer pain points to optimize targeting strategies.
* Inbound Marketing: Oversee initiatives to attract, engage, and convert prospects using content marketing, SEO, and digital campaigns.
* Outbound Outreach: Drive outbound efforts through email campaigns, social selling, and other outreach methods.
* Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand lead generation efforts.
* Data and Reporting: Monitor lead metrics, report on campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven improvements.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align on lead qualification criteria and ensure smooth lead handoff.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in a leadership role managing inbound and outbound lead generation teams and processes.
* Strong expertise in B2B SaaS with a deep understanding of key concepts like ARR, NRR, customer churn, and upsell.
* Exceptional skills in defining ICPs, understanding customer pain points, and developing strategies to target them effectively.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and data analysis tools.
* Experience in building and managing partnerships for lead generation.
* Strong leadership, motivational, and organizational skills with a market-driven mindset.
* Ability to work in a semi-presential setup (minimum three days in the office).
* English proficiency is not a priority but is a plus.
