Your Role: We are looking for a hands‐on HRIS Manager to lead the transition to our new global HR system and take full operational ownership of the platform once implemented.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the tools, solving problems in real time, and building scalable HR processes from the ground up.
You will be responsible for system configuration, data accuracy, reporting, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our HR technology ecosystem.
1.
HRIS Implementation & Transition Lead the operational rollout of the new HR system, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
Translate HR process needs into system requirements and workflows.
Manage data migration activities: cleaning, mapping, validating, and reconciling data.
Coordinate UAT, identify issues, and implement fixes directly in the system.
Prepare training materials and deliver hands‐on training to HR teams and managers.
Support change‐management activities to ensure smooth adoption.

System Administration & Daily Operations Serve as the primary system administrator for the HRIS after go‐live.
Maintain system configuration, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and provide day‐to‐day support to HR and employees.
Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and quality checks.
Manage user access, security roles, and compliance requirements.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Standardize HR processes across countries and ensure they are reflected in the system.
Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve efficiency.
Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Partner with HRBPs and payroll teams to ensure seamless process execution.

Reporting, Analytics & Data Governance Build and maintain dashboards and reports for HR and leadership.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across all modules.
Support compensation cycles, performance reviews, and other HR processes with accurate system data.
Monitor system performance and propose enhancements.
What You'll Bring: Proven experience as an HRIS Manager, HRIS Specialist, or HR Operations role with strong system ownership.
Hands‐on experience implementing or managing an HRIS (e.g., Hi Bob, Workday, Personio, Bamboo HR, SAP Success Factors, etc.).
Strong understanding of HR processes: onboarding, payroll inputs, performance, compensation, time & attendance.
Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills; comfortable working with data.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver operational excellence.
Strong communication skills and ability to train and support non‐technical users.
Detail‐oriented, structured, and proactive.
