Overseeing the entire testing strategies, process, from planning to execution. This role involves developing automated test capabilities, selecting tools, and defining processes for efficient and effective testing;
Write software (C++, C,Python) for objective, reproducible and maintainable automated tests and development of tools for qualification and integration;
Explore differentsolution approaches to achieve the best result;
Design, implementand optimize chosen solutions;
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an international, multidisciplinary, and Agile environment;
Review code and mentor (junior) engineers;
Share your expertise toelevate the team, quality, and processes;

At least 7 years of experience in software development with Python and C/C++ in the high-tech domain;
Experience with software testing for complex embedded systems;
Preferably experience with end-to-end test automation, continuous integration and setting up and maintaining ROBOT test framework;
You are a team player, solution-oriented, and proactive;
Motivation to continuously improve yourself and develop new skills;
